After spending the last couple of weeks perusing the works of some Italy’s finest furniture designers, at the Salone Internazionale Del Mobile followed by a couple of trashy star-studded days at the Cannes Film Festival we have come to the evident realization that given the chance we could quite happily spend the remainder of our days city-hopping; visiting exhibitions, galleries & events by day; and getting up to mischief at the after show parties by night. There truly is nothing quite like the feeling of cramming in to a city space with 200,000+ other visitors all with common ground - for a week of selling & schmoozing all to escape a few days later, just as quickly as they came.
Each and every year, the global trade fairs grow to become more and more spectacular. Almost every industry has its list of ‘must attend’ exhibitions, showcases and conferences alike.
